2. **Gameplay**: Players take turns clockwise, discarding one card from their hand onto the discard pile. Cards must match the rank or suit of the top card on the discard pile, or players can play special action cards.
3. **Special Action Cards**:
- **Skip**: Forces the next player to skip their turn.
- **Reverse**: Reverses the direction of play, either clockwise or counterclockwise.
- **Draw**: Forces the next player to draw a specified number of cards from the draw pile.
- **Go Wild**: Allows the player to declare a new suit for the next player to match.
